this is new and unimpressive . . .

cvs of today (last time i built was maybe a week ago or a little 
more) kdelibs blows up on configure with "no known STL type found." 
this was not a problem with earlier qt-copy/kdelibs from cvs; system 
is otherwise unchanged.

anybody know the path outa this?
