! 		<li><b>major</b> is the number of the article of the author in this issue beginning with '0'</li>
! 		<li><b>lang</b> defines the language in ISO style (en, de, fr...)
! 	</ul>
! 	Example:<br>
! 	<pre>dd-01-0-en.xml</pre>
! 	What means: author Dirk Doerflinger, issue number 1, article 0 (first article), english language.
