OK, those links are wrong in docs.kde.org.

The right links are:
http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kdebase-runtime/userguide/index.html
http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kdebase-runtime/faq/index.html
http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kdebase-runtime/quickstart/index.html

Anyways, that documentation is *very* outdated (it's for KDE 3.0,
released back in 2002 and it seems nobody ever updated those docs).

I think we should just redirect anything going to docs.kde.org to
techbase.kde.org for the time being. At a later step we can create a
beginners.kde.org, or gettingstarted.kde.org or something like that,
which the documentation newbies want to find. Maybe a section in
TechBase, clearly visible on the front page of Techbase, would also
work.
