As stated in the forwarded mail, it probably would be a good idea to mention
 ways for starting an application with english strings.

Any thoughts about that, and who can actually do that?

Thank you. I really think this method should be mentioned prominently at 
bugs.kde.org. It is understandable that we have to use English as a 
common language but it should be made as easy as possible.
