Are you asking for permission to distribute Konqueror on your website? If so, 
then it's okay, yes. Konqueror, as well as the rest of the K Desktop 
Environment, is covered by the GNU GPL version 2 [*]. You can distribute 
Konqueror under this (very liberal) license.
