Hello,

 I come from Luxembourg and at the moment i have
a software site  (www.mysoftware24.de) ,
The site is under construction. I would like to offer some programs, which the
user can downloads. They are hosted on my server. 

My
question: The program Konqueror is on your right , but i wanted to ask
their permission, whether I can make this program on my side . If they nevertheless
would not like that I this program make available in such a way I it likewise
omit this program on the side to set.
