The argument would be that Ms. Katie is a logo (i.e., trade mark) of the KDE project \
and this use is unauthorized and in particular disparages the logo.

Asking them not to use the image would be the first step.

I've seen... Oh my God... I think you have to change the license to avoid this 
kind of things... Surely the KDE e.V. can do something, but in case you need 
help I'm available if can be useful.
