Hi!

The new layout has support for additional styles: Any css.inc file next to the 
site.inc will be included in the style sheets. See the akademy site for an 
example.

I just failed to properly document it so far, because I want people to use PHP 
functions (e.g. width() ) instead of direct CSS to keep the printing and 
accessibility stylesheets working properly with this additional CSS 
information.

I will document it as soon as possible.
