Hi Christoph,

Not too broken, I have seen worst. Still completelly LTR. Unfortunatly I don't 
have a web server arround me, and I cannot help you with the code, at least 
directly. I will try and set up a some test environment and fix the CSS for 
RTL usage. 

I will revert this change in a few hours, so people will be able to see the 
site: http://il.kde.org
