If I'm copying CDs to my harddisk, I'd like to take the "audiocd:/Ogg \
Vorbis" icon and put it on my harddisk. Then, while the contents are \
getting encoded, I want to rename the folder to something meaningfull - eg. \
the CDs title.
But that's not possible - konqueror tells me after some time that "setting \
the permissions on track01.ogg" is not possible.
I'd suggest two solutions:
* for local directories, just cd into it, and do all operations from that
directory.
Adv: So renames of that directory won't matter.
Disadv: The directory is "locked", which matters eg. on removeable media, \
esp. via automount.
* or konqueror must be intelligent enough to see that the directory has \
been renamed (esp. if that happens in the same window!), and change it's \
internal pathnames for encoding accordingly.
I know that it's a kind of user error, but that's how the workflow goes - \
and I believe not only mine.
