Thanks a lot for the explaining the situation, Olaf.  I feel better to
know some more of the people already involved and their thoughts on
the matter.  I agree that kde-www is noisy and that a kde-www-devel
list is a good idea (just not secret).

I sent my subscription request to the list on Monday but I am guessing
that the list maintainer has been too busy to approve it yet.
