Corrections: The problem is fixed for kde.org and most subsites, but not 
for developer.kde.org yet. Instead of committing everything twice,
I suggest to move the CVS location of developer.kde.org to 
kde-www/areas/developer and use the same PHP code. This would also ensure 
that all the accesskeys I defined for kde.org in footer.inc will work in 
developer.kde.org also.
