Hello,
(I am trying to contact KDE bugzilla admin.  Please forward this to the 
right person if necessary)

Currently bug list returned by a query has alternate rows highlighted. 
    While this certainly improves readablity it falls short when 
ploghing through large list of bugs 
(http://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=runnamed&namedcmd=amorak).

I think this can be improved by highlighting a row when mouse enters the 
row.  Please check the following example.

I have opened a bugzilla enhancement request also and you can follow the 
discussion here.

They think it can currently be done via CSS already.  Is this some thing 
you would consider doing?
