Looks like it uses the new php code with the old style sheet.

And I forgot to mention: The head of the page looks broken if you default 
font size 12 points or bigger. This is because the height is defined in 
pixels, rather than relative to the font size. Some people need a font 
size of 20, so this is an accessibility problem as well.
