Guys, i´m initially taking care of contact. After more info and Henrique says 
current status of their work, we will back to kde-www to finish this subject.

Olá, Pablo

Meu nome é Helio Castro e sou o contato primário do KDE aqui no Brasil.
Um trabalho de tradução inicial foi iniciado pelo Henrique Pinto, de Minas 
Gerais, mas paramos no problema de host.
Estamos em planejamento a tempos ( e necessidade ) de termos um site traduzido 
em português e sua oferta é extremamente bem vinda.
O webmaster do KDE, Chris Howells, estava preparando um sistema de 
internacionalização, porém não sabemos em que pé está isso.
O Henrique está em cópia aqui ( espero ter acertado o mail, pois estou no 
congresso de Capacitação enm Brasília esta semana ), e podemos trabalhar com 
isso.
Também temos necessidade de um mirror local de pacotes do kde.org, então 
coloquem isso em sua pauta se possível também.

Bom, acredito que isso está bom para começarmos, e num próximo contato já 
poderíamos até iniciar este processo.
