Dear bugs.kde.org webmaster,

the KDE Bugzilla sets UTF-8 as encoding in the pages. However,=20
characters aren't properly translated from, for example, ISO-8859-15 to=20
UTF-8, I think. See the page=20
<URL:http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D72842> as an example. The=20
letter "=F6" in "K=F6nig" should be re-encoded to UTF-8.
