would have no problems with this, but we need to ensure that this subdir will 
be checked out on the right server ;) (don't think everything should end up 
on the kde.org mainwebserver, or ?)

guess the banner should be echanged in deed, but that can be considered later 
and should be transparent (using CSS or a little switch in header.inc)
