Hello!

I have been trying to download a recommended Kdevleop 3.x snapshot, but most
of the likns provided on the page
http://download.kde.org/download.php?url=unstable/snapshots/kdevelop.tar.bz2
(which is referred form 
http://www.kdevelop.org/index.html?filename=download.html)
were not working, i've tried ibiblio, russian sites and few others - none worked.
the only site i could download kdevelop.tar.bz2 from was an ftp.kde.org site.
