  On the page
    http://www.kde.org/download/
  in  case  you try to download the language files for SuSE, you get
  to  a  not-existing  place. Is it a bug/typo, or that packages are
  simply    not    ready   yet?!   (I   found   NO   mirror,   where
  ./kde/stable/3.1.5/SuSE/noarch/ was present...)
