Just one thing:

+ print "<h3>".$this->tr->i18n_var( $this->section )."</h3>\n";

Here we're just printing out the section name given to us, which will already 
be in the local language. Therefore using i18n_var is wrong. (additionally 
there's nothing for xgettext to pick up).
