It is quiet simple: After we have finally come up with one design for the 
kde.org mainpage, I will put up somewhere a testpage with it and contact all 
*.kde.org maintainers/admins. Atm it doesn't make much sense to contact them 
all just, as we have no final design. There is no real way to enforce the 
style change, but if I ask kindly I hope it will be accepted by many site 
maintainers.
