Yes, and in addition it should be abvious that only oss licenses are accepted 
in the kde cvs. So in case anyone preferes are more restrictive license this 
is of course fine for her own work but not appropriate for the KDE cvs. 

By putting stuff in cvs people implicitly agree upon derived work etc.
