Yes, and in addition it should be abvious that only oss licenses are acce=
pted=20
in the kde cvs. So in case anyone preferes are more restrictive license t=
his=20
is of course fine for her own work but not appropriate for the KDE cvs.=20

By putting stuff in cvs people implicitly agree upon derived work etc.
