Hi Helga,

what does the "format paragraph" do? I never used this feature, so I don't 
know what the effects are?

The upcoming new editor "kate" has a some interesting features: 
"indent/unindent" and "comment/uncomment", but the kmail editor looks like a 
different implementation.
