Hi all,

here is one of many feedbacks I received. Most of them where positive, but 
Philip wrote some more interesting things. Would be nice to get some 
opinions, further critisisms, suggestions.

Heike, Annma, Aga, Lars and I will have a meeting next weekend, so we will 
have a more detailed look an the pages than before. The first shot is done, 
but now we have to smooth the whole thing and get a clear line to it.
And we are happy about every input.

Eva,

I was a bit disturbed by this quote, in regards to how women can
contribute to the success of KDE:
	We always need women who write articles, design webpages,
	search information and help organizing everything.  Maybe
	you wrote a tutorial or a little KDE or QT application,
	then you can publish it here.

One of the more visible methods of contribution is code development.
Why was this not prominently on the list?  When code contribution
is mentioned, why is it qualified as being diminutive ("a little
application")?  Not good...


But, then again, this may be in line with your mission statement.
Unfortunately, I can't be sure, as I found the mission statement
rather non-sensical:

	We want to build an international forum for female KDE users
	by providing help for beginners, documentation, guidelines
	or by making reviews of programs, etc.

Possible alternate interpretations:
1) You are building a forum for females by providing help for
  beginners.  (Not all females are beginners)
2) You are providing help for beginners, as well as providing
  help for documentation and guidelines.  (I am being mostly
  facetious on this one...)

I am assuming you are meaning:
1) You are building an international forum, primarily consisting
  of female KDE users.  (Note the "of", instead of "for")
2) The forum aims to contribute to KDE development, most notably
  by documentation (e.g. beginner helpfiles, manuals, guidelines,
  reviews of programs)


But, once again, I offer that the exclusion of code contribution
smacks of sexism.  Aside from that, I admire your vision, and I
wish you the best of luck.
