that's a problem reported by a user trying to install binaries, not trying to
install from source. Your problem isn't missing libdbus-1.dll, but failure to
*build* libdbus-1.dll from source.

The essence of the error message you got was:

Linking C shared library ..\bin\libdbus-1.dll
Creating library file: ..
\bin\libdbus-1.dll.aCMakeFiles\dbus-1.dir/objects.a(dbus-sysdeps-win.obj): In
function `dbus_atomic_get':
c:/kdeRoot/build/win32libs/dbus-1.4.16-20110302/work/dbus-1.4.16/dbus/dbus-
sysdeps-win.c:3095: undefined reference to `MemoryBarrier
'

That points to this bug: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41423 .

Now how to get around this? I don't know. The above bug report suggests that
the bug will affect some flavors of MinGW, but not others. What's the output
of
  gcc --version
on your system?

Regards
Thomas
