Can someone tell me
a) How to find out if there is an update for a particular program, and,
b) If there is, how do you get it and substitute it for the existing one?

I would really like to find an update to KSnapshot 0.8.2, which crashes my
Windows 7 Professional 64.  The Linux version is much better than
Windows Snap.
