I've just finished writing a short guide on how to compile KDE apps against=
 an=20
installation of ready made KDE packages (i.e. using the windows installer, =
not=20
emerge):=20

This is distilled and adjusted from our packaging instructions for RKWard=20
(which are a bit more complex, still), so I hope I did not mess it up along=
=20
the way.
