some tests with more recent kde and wine:

- no much trick= s are needed as before
- konqueror works, altough extremely slow and def= ault start page is not rendered properly, "wine konqueror.exe www.google.com" cause= s a crash, using a directory as parameter causes a hang. Okteta also opens = but hangs too. When trying to close 'wine desktop' both unhangs for= a while, however konqueror does not list files.
- both "native" and "oxygen" styles work well

I've tried to install mingw packages and I encountered this exact=
problem again: if the "config.txt" file is in the same directory = as the
packages the installer doesn't find it, if it's in "Documents = and
Settings/Administrator.REACTOS/Local Settings/Temp/" then the installe= r
finds it. This could be however a React OS specific problem, as I don't=
have encountered it under Wine.
