There is no nspluginviewer available under Windows... To port it, 
it'd have to be adjusted to be able to embed the viewer window in the part, 
(whatever the equivalent of QX11Embed* is on Qt/Win) and to also embed the
plugin window in the viewer as appropriate (should be somewhat modular ---
needs a new host class, most likely), and there may be other portability
issues, of course.
