Not only kpilot, I just killed docs + translations for 3 apps in kdepim.

From my pov as user I don't need Kfloppy + SuperKaramba and from a QA pov these
apps should be removed, if there is no active maintainter.
Judging from my experience with translations/documenation/i18n issues in kde
it is better to have nothing than some bitrotting apps.
