I removed my CVS install of KDE, as it had a terrible memory leak that ate 
around 256MB of ram in a 12hr period. So I went to a stable release and it's 
working fine now... except...

I get no files listed in Konqueror, nor do I have any icons on my desktop. I 
cleared out my ~/.kde directory entirely and tried starting up without the 
directory to get a new one.

Any ideas?
