I find it works quite well but not perfectly.

Ocassionally you need to click on another open window in the same monitor
and then click the window you want.

Read above comment. SOmetimes tyou need to click in another window.

I downloaded the Powerdesk stuff but I'm not really sure it will add
anything that a need.
