From the kde-user list. Is the bug database downloadable so people with a
slow connection can work it oflline. It should be possible to download per
package/application otherwise the file be immens.

Well Just like you, I have a dailup line here in Malaysia (and yes hopelessly
max 44000), so going through the whole bug-database online is to much for me.
If the database is also downloadable, I'll be happy to look at bug-reports.
