My brother placed index page to his server today, so you can use this page 
directly (without kde2.newmail.ru)

NOTE: do not be confused with "linux-mandrake" in address.
These KDE 2.1 themes has nothing to do with Linux-Mandrake (while I am using 
LM here)
Themes should work with all Linux'es, as well as FreeBSD.
(can somebody with FreeBSD confirm this?)
He just created sub-directory on server where I was uploading LM KDE 2.1 rpms.
(I guess these rpms are still there...)

There is still no preview pictures on that site, but may be he will copy them 
when he has more time.
