Hi all,

It'd be nice if in the file manager when I open a text file (.txt) with
gvim (using the right mouse button menu) that an automatic association
between .txt files and gvim were established.  If you later opened (with
the right mouse menu) a text file with another program (say emacs) then
the association would change to emacs.  This is more convenient than
setting up associations manually.

Any plans for this feature?
