Subject:    Printing from Konqueror

I try to print web pages from Konqueror and although I select Letter (8.5x11 inches), the print out is not properly aligned. Either the top line or bottom line of the page gets cut in half, also the font size is I think either 12 or 13 points - is there a way to change this?
