Sorry for the previous post

I would like to set up Konq as follows:

horizontally split window, one side showing my file system, other side
showing a preview of texts, pics ...
I think I saw someone doing exactly this when I saw a demonstration of
Konqueror over 1 1/2 years ago.

Can anyone help on that?
