Hi Zdenek!

The Sound Card works fine.  It is one of the later  SB16 cards that is a
'limited'  pnp device on
the ISA buss.  I can play music CDs all day long without any problems.  If
the card was not configured
correctly, I think I would have a problem even doing this.

I have another disc that I can boot up with  Caldera OpenLinux  eDesktop 2.4
running  kde 1.1.2.
Sound events work find with that version of  Linux and kde.
