This is what my version of LimeWireLinux.bin (downloaded it on tuesday) had 
to say:

Have you tried downloading "LimeWireOther.zip" (see 
http://www.limewire.com/support/faq.htm)?

Since this doesn't seem to be a KDE related problem the people at LimeWire 
might be more helpful (http://www.limewire.com/contact.htm)
