OK, so I've got AA fonts working (and it looks swell ;) ).

Problem is my konsole's are also koming up with AA fonts,
which makes them rather slow.

So I made a little wrapper script
mv /opt/kde2/bin/konsole /opt/kde2/bin/konsole.exe
vi /opt/kde2/bin/konsole
QT_XFT=0; konsole.exe "$*"
chmod +x /opt/kde2/bin/konsole

And now if I start a konsole from the kommand line (or from Alt-F2) I get a
nice konole with normal fonts.

So I logout and login again,.
KDE rebuilts my desktop, but all my konsoles (16 of them) kome up with AA
fonts ...

So I created a ~/.xftconfig file

match any family == "fixed"
     any size > 6
     any size < 14
edit antialias = false;
match any family == "Arial"
     any size > 6
     any size < 14
edit antialias = false;

Still no luck .. Any clues ?

Kind regards,
