If you can access the Internet there is this really cool type of site
called "search engines" ;-). Try
http://www.google.com/search?q=free+and+newsgroups.

A few places store them, including deja.com (http://dejanews.com/), but
that site is terribly overloaded with the most annoying types of
imaginable ads.
