With KDE1.1.2 I was able to play sounds when logging in and out of kde.

Now that I have KDE2.0Beta4 rpm's for redhat 6.2 from bero I can't seem to 
figure out this sound thing.

I use Kcontrol. Here there are "System Notifications's" and "Sounds".
I think I configure it under "System Notification's", but it doesn't really 
jump out at me that this is it, unlike with KDE1.1.2.

Maybe sounds doesn't work yet?

PS I can use the kde cdplayer to play music cd's.
