I found them and got them.

Next question, how to install them without crashing my kde1.1.2?

The webpage kde1-and-kde2.html says:

...The following assume you installed KDE-2 in /opt/kde2.

I cleared a partition /dev/hda8 mounted it as /mnt/kde2 and tried on this empty
partition:

/ROOT> dpkg --instdir=/mnt/kde2 -i
/home/mschz/tmp/libqt2.2_2.2.0-20000821-0_i386.deb

in order to install kde2 into this partition. I just got:

Selecting previously deselected package libqt2.2.
(Reading database ...
dpkg: serious warning: files list file for package `libqt2.2' missing, assuming \
package has no files currently installed. 26231 files and directories currently \
installed.) Preparing to replace libqt2.2 2:2.2.0-20000821-0 (using \
.../libqt2.2_2.2.0-20000821-0_i386.deb) ... dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute new \
pre-installation script: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing /home/mschz/tmp/libqt2.2_2.2.0-20000821-0_i386.deb \
(--install): subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 2
dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute new post-removal script: No such file or \
                directory
dpkg: error while cleaning up:
subprocess post-removal script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /home/mschz/tmp/libqt2.2_2.2.0-20000821-0_i386.deb
/ROOT>

There is also no sign that dpkg actually installed something to /mnt/kde2 or
subdirectories.

What I'm missing?
