Hello,

I installed Staroffice 5.1. on the /  directory (which is not the 
wisest choice, I know it now) under the root ID. After that all 
the icons under kde environment were disabled...the weirdest is that 
when I login as a non-root user, the kde environment works perfectly. 

The first thing I did is to erase the /Staroffice directory...nothing 
happend...

Does anybody have an idea ?
