Ok, I started X with startkde as taki. kcontrol always fails. The
.xsession-errors file:

new connection (count=6)
register 'kcontrol'
DCOPClient: setup DCOP protocol. Major opcode = 2
new connection (count=7)
register 'anonymous-10009'
aborting call from 'anonymous-10009' to 'kcontrol'
remove connection 'kcontrol' (count=7)
DCOPClient: got a DCOPReplyFailed opcode.
KUniqueApplication: DCOP communication error!
remove connection 'anonymous-10009' (count=6)

The error is same, that I gave when I started kcontrol from console.
