Hello,
i have changed my mouse from 2 button (using 3 button emulation) to
a 3 button. Its a serial mouse using redhat 6.1. In the shell before i
start the xserver the middle button works fine. But when i start kde
the middle button does not work in a shell session. I tried mouseconfig
and changed it to 3 button mouse, but i think this is only for console.
I tries XF86Setup and also selected 3 button mouse, but no luck.
Has it got  to do with kde or the xserver? Why does it work in shell
before i start kde? any help will be appreciated.
