I've found that updates.redhat.com hasn't responded to me lately - being in
Australia, I've used the aarnet mirror site
(ftp://ftp.mirror.aarnet.edu.au).

I assume that there are mirrors in most countries.

Most of the bigger mirror sites mirror both KDE and RedHat - aarnet does,
I've found it to be invaluable lately (I've just finished installing RedHat
5.2, KDE 1.1.2 and then upgrading my kernel and X server to the latest
stable versions (kernel 2.2.12 and 3.3.1 (?) of the X server).

The KDE website lists mirrors for most countries anyway.
