For instance, if you did './configure --prefix=/opt/kde' when compiling
kdesupport and kdelibs, and forgot to add --prefix when compiling
kdebase, you'd probably get a message like that.

The default prefix is /usr/local, but depending on where you like
to put things, you can choose something else by attaching '--prefix=
<directory>' to ./configure.
