You have a Debian mirror site in ftp://ftp.rediris.es in Spain. It's quite
fast but their machines connect all Spanish universities so daily traffic is
quite high. Use it at night ;-)
I think the main dist directory is /pub/linux/debian but I'm not quite sure.
You will have to browse...
BTW .How did you install Debian. Did you compile it or install a .deb
package? If you compiled it, it's a strange place to have the 'libjpeg'
library (/usr/lib directly, I mean). It should be under /usr/local/kde/lib
(unless you specified other when 'configure'ing).
